Create An Email Template

The Email Templates are selected when making a new email campaign. 

Email Templates are available when creating a new email campaign. For more information on building a new email campaign see Create / Send An Email Campaign.

iJoin provides Email Message Templates for new email campaigns related to Participant Onboarding and Re-Enrollment. The option to customize these templates is available or you can create your own customized email template.


While creating a new email campaign, from the Recommendations tab, select the See All Templates link to see all available templates.

Here, you can view the template library, create a custom template and revise, copy, or delete existing templates.

If you would like to view an existing template, click the Preview Template icon.

An interactive Preview of the template will display.

If you would like to create a new email template, click the green Add Custom Template button.

From the Add Template screen, you can customize a new message that will be sent to Participants.

First, name the template (this will only be seen by you not Participants) and then modify it as desired.

Click the Save Template button.

The Manage Templates screen is then displayed, showing Custom Templates at the top.

If you would like to revise an existing template, click the Edit Template icon.

From the Edit Template screen, you can customize the message that will be sent to Participants.

Click the Save Template button.

If you would like to copy an existing template, click the Clone Template icon.

From the Edit Template screen, you can customize the message that will be sent to Participants.

First, rename the template (this will only be seen by you not Participants) and then modify it as desired.

Click the Save Template button.

If you would like to delete an existing template, click the Remove Template icon. 

Then Click OK to confirm the deletion.
