Can I modify the End User Agreement?

No, due to legal reasons.

Can I modify the Final Disclosures?

You are able to add any additional disclosures through the White Label functionality but you are not able to remove any of the pre-existing disclosures due to legal reasons.

Where do I Add Additional Disclosures?

Additional Disclosures can be added to be displayed on the Enrollment site at the Login screen and / or in the final step of authorization on the Enrollment site. This information is created in the White Label setup for the Plan(s). For more information on creating White Labels with Additional Disclosures see Setup White Labels.

Where can I see the current Additional Disclosures?

These disclosures are located on the final page of the participant enrollment experience in the app and can be added to by the client but nothing can be removed. See Final-Disclosures.docx
