Release Highlights - April 2021

iJoin has been updated with the following changes:

• iJoin ACT Participation Metric  - Based on user feedback, we have adjusted the Active Participation metric on the iJoin ACT analytics platform so that employees are only deemed as actively participating when they are making a deferral into the plan. A few items to note:
  • The prior metric calculation had been counting those with a deferral rate OR balance in the plan as being an active participant and with this update we have removed balance from the equation.
  • There is no action required on your part in order for the adjusted metrics to be reflected within your analytics portal. The calculations are already adjusted and based off of the last sync of participant data from your recordkeeping system. 
  • Historical snapshots of data used for performance benchmarking inside of Plan Health Reports are also automatically adjusted with no action required. 
• iJoin Portal Security - MFA -We have implemented an administrative option that allows you to enforce a Multi-Factor Authentication method for users who are granted access to your iJoin portal. 
  • More information about what your portal users will see when this option is enabled can be found here.
• Admin Portal - Plan Specification Enhancements - The Specifications tab within plan setup has been enhanced to allow further visibility and control over plan features either as pulled from the recordkeeping system or entered directly into iJoin to support the participant experience. More specifically: 
  • Employee Contributions - By default these settings will be pulled from the recordkeeping system, but you now have the ability to enter whether contribution rate changes are permitted within iJoin, regardless of your Relius web settings. 
  • Matching Annual Limits - Annual match dollar limits can now be configured directly into iJoin when they are not being pulled from the recordkeeping system.
  • Employer Non-Elective Contributions - These contribution amounts can now be configured directly into iJoin in lieu of synced from the recordkeeping system. 
• Admin Portal - Batch Update Enhancements - New functions are available within the Settings/Batch Update feature allowing for the batch application of: 
  • Enrollment greeting page type (advisor intro)
  • Participant experience white label
  • All EXPLORE add-on features and preferences
  • Plan Specifications settings impacting the participant experience
• Bug Fix - Participants no longer in the current plan year in Relius are now properly removed from iJoin as part of participant syncs.
