How to generate a Plan Health Report

How do I generate a Plan Health Report?

Note: Plan Health Reports can only be generated for Plans that are enabled for ACT license.

1.       Log into iJoin. Select Bar Chart icon in left options column.

2.      Select Create New Report (upper right)

3.     Choose the ‘Select Plans’ link. Popup will display available plans to choose from. Check the desired plan or plans and click save.

4.     Choose Visibility Option. Private – report visible by User running report. Public – All users can view report.

5.     Toggle Off any Content Options you do not want to include in the report.

•          Increase/Decrease Since is only relevant if Participant Syncs have been run prior to the month end being selected in the dropdown. 

6.     Select Create Report. Proceed to Activity Monitor to monitor the completion of the task

7.     When Create Report task shows ‘Successful’ in Activity Monitor, navigate back to the Reports tab.

8.     Select the ‘Plan Health Report’ link for the desired plan to download the pdf report.
