Remove / Disable Plan from iJoin

• Disable Allow Participant Enrollmentand iJoin On-Track Enrollment through Relius.
  • VRU / Web Setup / Single Plan Setup / Web Setup / Participant Enrollment
  • Uncheck Allow participant enrollment
  • Uncheck Enable iJoin On-Track Enrollment

• Disable iJoin Enrollment Integration through Relius
  • VRU / Web Setup / Single Plan Set up / Web Setup / Advice Education
  • Uncheck Enable iJoin enrollment integration

• Email iJoin support to remove plan
  • ijoinsupport@ijoinsuccess.com
  • Provide Plan Name and Plan ID
