What does iJoin do with login credentials for the linked accounts?

    • iJoin does not store login credentials we link to Finicity directly to pull the account information

  • How often are account balances updated?
    • Linked account assets are updated nightly within iJoin to keep the participant’s "Projected Retirement Income" calculations up to date.

  • What if my financial institution is not showing up as an option?
    • If financial institutions are not available through Finicity, the outside account can still be managed manually

  • How do I unlink a Finicity account ?
    • By deleting the account in the Your Other Savings section

  • Why is Finicity not available during the initial iJoin enrollment experience?
    • iJoin intends to provide a streamlined initial enrollment experience, so we have purposely made the account aggregation feature available only to existing participants who wish to do more robust financial planning

  • How do I enable the Finicity Account Aggregation feature in iJoin?
    • Toggle on Finicity Account Aggregation in Other Enrollment Setting
      • Advisor Portal > Plans > select specific plan > Experience Setup > Other Enrollment Setting

  • Why am I unable to turn on the Finicity Account Aggregation feature?
    • iJoin ACT must be enabled to utilize the Finicity Account Aggregation feature
