Release Highlights - January through March 2024

iJoin has been updated with the following changes:

• New AI Powered Help Widget: For those with access to the ACT platform we have added a new feature to the system that can assist you in your use of the iJoin system! Powered by Cody AI, once you are logged into ACT you will find at the bottom right-hand side of your screen a small blue messaging widget. Simply select the widget and ask the system a question. It will automatically compile an answer for you by pulling from the iJoin Help library. It’s a pretty amazing tool that will get you pointed in the right direction when you have general iJoin setup and “How To” type questions about iJoin.   (Released 1/10/24)
• Investment Suitability Report: This visually powerful plan level report is generated in the ACT reporting system. The report graphically displays the investment glide path of the plan’s Target Date Fund (TDF) and it overlays a depiction of each participant in the plan after they have been invested in a highly personalized managed account. The report reveals the equity exposure that each person should maintain within their own unique investment allocation and how that can differ from the TDF. Its purpose is to help facilitate the conversation with a plan sponsor as to why a highly personalized investment solution, that utilizes a large data set to determine a participant’s unique savings goal, is a more appropriate investment option than a single factor TDF.  This feature is available for your use today and a sample of the report can be found here.
